As someone who enjoys the company of books, I’d love to share with you guys some of my all time favorites. I didn’t include all because I’ve done a similar post last March; Book Recommendations: What I’m Currently Loving. This list of books are the ones I thoroughly enjoyed and left me with a book hangover.
P.S. I Love You
by Cecelia Ahern
“A novel about holding on, letting go, and learning to love again.” It’s like reading a love letter that will captivate every reader. If you want to laugh, cry and love once more. Grab this book and give it a read, you will never regret it. Just a reminder to bring a pack of tissues.
The Percy Jackson series
by Rick Riordan
Ah! My favorite series ever! As someone who loves Greek mythology and is looking for stories about them in a book. This is by far the best when it comes to that. Just a fact that I learned more about myths by reading this series than in school. This series is filled with adventures, “tragic” stories and blue pancakes. Side note, you’ll even love the chapter titles.
We Were Liars
by E. Lockhart
I’ve been seeing mixed reviews about this book but for me? I LOVED IT! A distinguished family with secrets slowly resurfacing. A group of friends, The Liars. A relationship that turned into tragedy. A lie that will push you at the edge of your seat. If anyone asks you anything about this book, it’s okay to LIE.
Pretty Girl 13
by Liz Coley
A haunting, disturbing and powerful psychological thriller that you cannot put down! This is probably the first intense novel I have ever read. Warning for readers out there as it contains abuse, rape, and suicide. That moment I finished reading this, I was just in awe of how great and mind twisting it was.
Love & Gelato
by Jenna Evans Welch
Read this book if you want to eat gelato and fall in love in the beautiful city of Tuscany. I couldn’t recommend this book enough. If you want to read something light and sweet that will definitely sweep you off your feet you should definitely give this book a try.
by Alex Bell
A haunting novel that will send chills down your spine. I do not recommend this reading at tonight ’cause it’s really creepy!! If you’re afraid of dolls you better step away from this book.
